Canadian Diamond Products will keep you informed by sending information to the email or phone number provided at check out. You will receive a confirmation of your completed order or communication regarding out of stock or back ordered items if applicable. Information regarding the shipping carrier as well as a tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
Free shipping promotion applies to orders of diamond tooling* over $350.00 before tax to most destinations across Canada (Some conditions may apply). *Diamond tooling impregnated with synthetic diamonds. (Cutting Blades, Coring Bits, Cup Wheels, Polishing Pads etc).
Express shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Shipping addresses located in Nunavut, Yukon, the North West Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador will be subject to additional charges based on location, weight and size. Please contact for rates.

CANADIAN DIAMOND PRODUCTS is happy to replace a product with another selection, or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days.
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
If you would like an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping charges associated with delivering the new product.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ WRONG PRODUCT
When your order arrives, please inspect your shipment for any damages. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Please provide your name, order number and email address for faster service. If order is returned due to wrong address provided or unclaimed package, you are responsible for the re-shipping fees.
If you decide to cancel your order, your account will be charged the original shipping charges and the free shipping offer will not apply. Return shipping fees are not refundable. This includes damaged items and wrong product.
